where help is needed.
Our ideal volunteer is mature, energetic and has a positive outlook to life and be highly social with a sense of humour. They must be prepared to take complete ownership for their function and work with minimal guidance. You will be required to work tirelessly for 3-5 days at a stretch. This requires good health, fitness and high levels of endurance.
Since our event is remote, our volunteer must be fully available and not have any work or personal commitments that can take a higher priority during the event.
We provide transportation from Bangalore, comfortable and clean boarding and lodging, and insurance coverage to all our volunteers.

Course Support
- Availability: November 23 - 30, 2026
- Responsibilities: Course Marking, Direct and Track Runners on Event Day, Clear Course after event
- Requirements: Runners / Hikers preferred, walk several Kms a day and enjoy the outdoors
Aid Stations
- Availability: November 25 - 29, 2026
- Responsibilities: Stock and manage aid stations
- Requirements: Enjoy the outdoors, high levels of fitness, fluency in Kannada
Start/Finish
- Availability: November 26 - 29, 2026
- Responsibilities: Expo, registrations, manage finish and medals, baggage area
- Requirements: Enjoy working with people, multi-lingual, process-driven
Photography
- Availability: November 27 - 29, 2026
- Responsibilities: Event photos at expo, start/finish and on course
- Requirements: Enjoy the outdoors, high levels of fitness, own camera, lenses, batteries etc.
Operations
- Availability: November 27 - 29, 2026
- Responsibilities: Expo, registrations, manage food and material movement
- Requirements: Enjoy working with people, multi-lingual, process-driven
How to Apply?
Our volunteer positions typically get filled up by August before the event. Although we give preference to individuals that have volunteered with us in the past, we do our best to bring in fresh blood and fresh ideas every year.
