Food & Hydration

Minimal Waste

We strive to generate minimal waste at our event. Participants are required to dispose their waste in bins provided at Aid Stations only. Even better, we request participants to take plastic waste back home and dispose it responsibly. We will disqualify participants disposing any trash on the course and bar them from our event in all future editions

Reusable Cups

We use reusable steel cups and biodegradable plates at our food areas and aid stations. Participants must be prepared to use their hands or carry their own spoons, napkins and other support if they do not want to use what is provided by us

Aid Station Facilities

Water, Unived Hydration, Biscuits, Sugar/Jaggery, Peanuts, Fruits etc. will be available at Aid Stations. Our Water Stations will only have water.

Waste Bins and basic First Aid items are available at all aid stations

Food

We do our best to provide hot food for breakfast, lunch and dinner from a running kitchen set up at the event. Participants can expect a simple south Indian vegetarian menu with the exception of eggs.

Water Bottle or Hydration Pack (Mandatory)

We require all participants to carry minimal hydration in a water bottle or hydration pack and refill them at our aid stations.

Toilets

We have a few portable toilets at the Start and Finish Area. Apart from these, we will ensure that there is a basic toilet available for WOMEN ONLY at all our Aid Stations. Separate bins are provided for sanitary waste.

Participants must be prepared to relieve themselves in the open otherwise!
