Registrations will open on July 15, 2024 on this site and close on October 15th.

Please note that we will not allow late registrations or on-site entries under any circumstances.


All participants will be required to provide evidence that they are suitably trained or experienced enough to compete in our event.

Those that have not provided adequate proof of meeting our qualification criteria will not get a Bib, will not get a refund, and will not be allowed to run.

You can register in advance (without submitting qualification proof) in order to hold a spot, but you must submit your qualification by October 15th, 2024

Registration Fees

We are a not-for-profit event and we use the registration fees that we collect to conduct the event. Further, a majority of our funds are committed to vendors on the day that we announce our event regardless of how many participants attend.

As a result, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. If a registered participant is unable to attend the event, their registration will be forfeited and there will be no refunds or transfers. Please do not request for a refund or transfer; instead consider your fees as a contribution to our event.

Rules & Terms

Participants must complete the 30K, 50K and 100K in 6.5 hours, 10 hours and 21 hours respectively. We take our cut-off times seriously and even those who reach the finish line a few seconds after the official time will be deemed as DNF (Did-Not-Finish). Registered participants that do not attend the event will be awarded a DNS (Did-Not-Start).

There are plenty of options for all budgets within a 5 km radius from our event location near Mallanduru. You can find sufficient information online and book your accommodation directly with homestays. Please note that our Start Area is about 2 kms (10 minute drive) away from Mallanduru.

You can also contact Swaroop +91 ‭99003 06090‬ (WhatsApp) who is a resident of Mallanduru. He can help you find suitable accomodation if you share your budget, group size and requirements.

Chikmagalur town is about 20 kms from our event location and has plenty of options if you prefer to stay there. Please note that it will take about one hour to reach our Start Area from Chikmagalur on event day due to anticipated traffic congestion.


Our event is held in a remote location and unfortunately road travel is the only way to get to the start area. We strongly recommend that participants carpool to reduce traffic congestion on narrow windy roads and to reduce the pressure on parking space. We will provide further details to help you plan your travel as we get closer to the event.

Participants can plan their travel to Mallanduru town as our event location is approximately 3 kms from here. We will provide signage on the road from Mallanduru to the parking area.
