@ Event
Please review the information provided on this page before coming to the event. It will help reduce congestion during bib pickup and ensure that our processes work smoothly. Kindly cooperate with our volunteers as they do their best to help you have a great experience.
Please note that you must start your race within 15 minutes of the designated Start Time in your registered category. If not, we will not allow you to start the race and you will get an automatic Did-Not-Start (DNS) as your result. We also have intermediate cut-off times for 50K (Day and Night) and 100K categories as detailed below.
Bib Pickup
Participants are requested to pick up their Bibs on Friday, November 21st, 2025 from The Estate Cafe, Mallanduru between 12:00 Noon and 6:00 PM. This will avoid crowding and unnecessary anxiety on race day.
This Cafe is located conveniently enroute as you drive to Mallanduru from Chikmagalur to your homestays.
In the event that you cannot pick up your bib on Friday, you can pick it up on race day about 90 minutes prior to your start. We will set up a separate Reception desk at the Start Area for this purpose.
Indemnity
All participants must show a Government approved ID and sign an indemnity form prior to collecting their bib. Printed copies of this form will be made available during bib collection.
No Authorisation Letters
All participants must collect their bib in person. We will not hand over bibs to your friend, family or others even if you produce an authorisation letter. This is because we require participants to sign their indemnity form in person.
Parking
Parking is provided in an open ground about half a km from our Start Area in Mallanduru (map location). We will place signage on the road to help you find your way on race day. Participants must park in the designated parking area and walk to the Start/Finish area. No outside vehicles are allowed in the Start/Finish area.
You are parking at your own risk and we will not take any responsibility for any theft or damage to your vehicle.
Weather
Weather is unpredictable in the Malnad region. Participants can get weather updates here at their own risk!

Course Marking
We use a combination of ribbons and other material to mark our course. Coloured and glow-in-the-dark ribbons will be placed on the RIGHT to indicate the correct path.
The different colours of the ribbons do not mean anything! We use different colours so that everybody can see them prominently.
We also use an assortment of signboards to help our runners. Caution Tape is place on the ground to indicate areas that runners must not enter. Wherever possible, we will use painted direction arrows on the ground/tarmac to help show you the way.
Distance markers are placed at intervals of approximately 2 kms. In general, we use green, blue and red for our 30K, 50K and 100K categories respectively.
Please note that all our markings are on your right. If you see any markings on your Left, you are going in the wrong direction!

Drop Bags
We provide drop-bag facilities in the Start Area. Since all categories finish at the same location, runners will have access to their bag at the end of their race. 100K participants can access their bags after completing 1st 50K loop to pick up their night lights
